For me a lot of my ...Morgan--I'm 5'2". For me a lot of my weight fell off when I cut out the sugars from my diet and started eating every 2-3 hours. I kept Balance Bars and SoyJoy bars on hand for quick snacks, along with carrot sticks and peanut butter (sounds odd, but very yummy). When I felt the need for a dessert or something sweet I ate apple slices dipped in honey.
